Im not sure how accurate the mic is, but I love it anyway. Works very well.

I have no idea it is accurate or not, but this is a nice set of tools for measuring a wide variety of sophisticated things.

I use it to give some numerical data to back up my complaints about noisy restaurants. Youll have the attention of the proprietors when the dB level exceeds the OSHA noise exposure standards for their employees!

It does exactly what it promises. Comes in very handy to see if my TV or music is too loud for the neighbors

This is very useful for keeping track of sound in the shop. Accuracy may be off slightly but pretty close. Im recommending this app.

Guess its broke for me. This version says everything peaks at 84

I have downloaded several and this one seems to have the photo capture feature which is nice, but dont have any alternate equipment to compare its accuracy. Im curious that is seems some readings, on all the phone apps, measure a narrow band range of volume. Some quiet settings seem to be in the 65 range and some extremely loud one in the 90s. But again I have no non-phone bases equipment to compare.

Great for business and personal use. When visiting industrial facilities where hearing protection is not in use it is a quick and easy way to convince mgmt to institute a hearing protection program. At the same time, its a great way to convince the kids that the sound system is turned up way too high!

The app works good for what I want it to do. Im an Inspector and I use it to measure fire alarm and smoke alarm audibility.

This app works wonderfully. I was even able to use it to convince my sons mom to let us attend concerts because I am able to monitor the noise levels. The only problem is it likes to nag constantly about using it. Please remove this "feature" in the next update

As far as I know this app works well.

Using on an iPhone 6s Plus, says my living room, with everything turned off and silent is 95db.... Doubtful. Ill download one that actually works.

Does what it says, useful for tracking noise. Not sure how accurate it is. No instruction for calibration. Would be great to add a frequency breakdown, too.
