Deceptive menu

Today the app did not work. Could not turn it on. I paid for this app last year. Then I received ads and the option to eliminate ads. I did not want to pay a 2nd time for such deceptive practices. I selected "Restore" and received a notice thanking me for my purchase.

I will contest this charge. Snd furthermore, the app still does not work.
