Possible tool to resolve noise issue

I just downloaded this application, and I am very excited to have this capability in resolving concerns between neighbors.

I am encouraging homeowners who are having a noise dispute to download, too. Given that there are ordinances regarding noise, I am hoping this will help same-wall neighbors determine ...objectively...when the decibel level is legally intrusive.

This discovery makes me very happy!
